How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the "Register" link at the Top Header of the homepage.
How do I reset my password?
You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on "forgot password". An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our Customer Relationship Team.
How to order online? What are the processes for it?
First, you select your desired product and "Add to View cart ". Click on "Continue Shopping" if you want to place more orders, or else Click on Secure "Checkout" button.
Next enter your Name, Email ID, Delivery Address and your contact number on the Secure "Checkout Screen" and proceed for Billing and Shipping.
Enter your shipping details and continue to the Payment Options. Select your Mode of Payment and finally place the order.
And after will get one order conformation to your already submitted E-Mail and at the same time an order confirmation SMS will reach you to your registered mobile number with expected delivery time.

What are the modes of payment do you offer?
We offer the following payments...

- Credit/Debit cards Payment
Currently Arnia is using the Cash on delivery (COD) payment as default payment.
If you wish to pay through online or net banking, please proceed with the Credit Cards / Debit Cards Payment option or IMPS / NEFT / UPI Payment option in the Payment Method step. We will send the IMPS / NEFT / UPI bank details & Online Payment Gateway details through email when you place your order.
Credit card & Debit card (VISA / Mastercard issued in India only) payments are accepted through Credit/Debit cards Online Payment Gateway.
Is it safe to use the cash, when we pay the amount Via Credit card, Debit card, Net banking through your website?

What is Cash on delivery? Do you have the option?
Cash on delivery is that you can pay for your order during the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

Our delivery partner is Blue Dart Courier; they are most reputed and established courier Service Company in India.
Our all consignment will deliver through them with safe and secure.
Will there be any hidden charges while I am collecting the delivery?
We are giving all delivery with free (except Gold and Silver Coin); there are no shipping charges and hidden charges while you collect the delivery.
Do you deliver the product out of India?
Now, we have planned to deliver the product throughout India only. Not out of India.
Usually, how long does it take to deliver product to us?
Normally, your desired product will deliver to you within 2 to 10 business days.
Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.
Can we change the shipping address of the order, while it is in process of delivery?
Yes, you can change the shipping address until ready to be shipped.

Is the mode of your delivery safe and secure?
Yes, absolutely safe and secure because the delivery products are packed by durable, tamper proof Courier bag with Pre-printed.
Once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed and the delivery product fully insured till it reaches your doorstep.
RETURN POLICY :
How do I return the product and what are the process for it?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery as follows:
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or manufacturing defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice and in the same condition as you received it. In its original Inner packaging Box along with Tamper proof courier bag.
We offer free return shipping and We follow one procedure for the security purpose while returning , that before returning the product, you need to call and inform your needs & queries with our Customer Relationship Team via E-Mail email@example.com or call @ 0422 4355969 and after requesting, they will send a new Arnia Temper Proof Courier Bag through the courier.
The Courier bag will come with Pre-printed our return address and your returning address into the POD Jacket. After received the courier bag by you, carefully pack because once the package is sealed, It cannot be opened unless destroyed.
Once your package is ready, just contact our Customer relationship team@ 0422 4355969 and we will send a courier partner to pick it up from you as soon as possible.
What is the "7 days return"?
After purchasing, if you do not like your product at any reason and you want to return back to us.
You can return the product within 7 days.
Is there any shipping charge involved while I am returning the product?
We are offering free shipping, there is no shipping charges involved while returning the product.
How long do you take to refund on the returned?
Once your returned item is received by Arnia, your refund or new item will be processed. If you want to receive cash from Arnia portal to your personnel account, Can make very simple, please call our customer relationship Team @ 0422 4355969, they will guide you to get it as soon as possible.

Is there any shipping charges added while I am purchasing Gold & Silver coins?
Yes, minimum of amount will be added while purchasing Gold & Silver coins.
Can I return the purchase of Gold & Silver Coins?
We are sorry, we do not receive returned Gold & Silver Coins.
